Our jewelry is crafted with hand rolled special leather, giving a smooth and appealing look while yet providing you with durability and sturdy quality. To ensure you are maintaining your leather, we recommend treating it with Shea Butter.
Pearls is a gemstone that is organic which we tend to wear quite frequently. In order to conserve their luster after wearing them we recommend using a soft cloth to wipe off the pearls. Avoid coming into contact with perfumes, styling products, and cosmetics. With pearl's the size, color, minor variations in shape, and natural marks on the pearl's are to be anticipated.
All customer orders are final sale. Once the consultation of the design(s) begins we will need a deposit (ranging from $200-$1000) that will be applied to the cost of the final piece. We cannot cancel orders after they have been made.
To request to have an item repaired, you must complete and submit the Repair Authorization form. Once obtained and approved, our Repair Team will provide instructions on how to return the item. If you experience any issues with the form please email us here at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the return request has been obtained, you will receive an estimate. We will only provide the services once you have APPROVED the estimate and RETURNED the item. Repair fees must be paid in full before the release of any repaired jewelry.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees. We strive to do our best to accommodate request, but due to nature of the delicacy of our products, some request may be denied.

Return shipping charges is the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Please make sure to pack the jewelry in the original packing or a well-padded container to avoid any additional damage in transit. We recommend shipping insurance but it is not required.

Due to the nature of each piece(s) is handmade shipping will take 3-7 weeks. All orders are shipped with insurance with an adult signature being required (USA). International shipping charges for insurance requiring signatures varies for different countries.
